Does the third row have baby car seat anchors?

I won’t pretend I know if there’s a difference between a baby seat and child seat anchor, but there are two anchor/tether points in the third row. They are both on the driver’s side (60% portion) of the split third row. The passenger’s side (40% portion) does not have any anchor points.
