• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does anyone else have the problem of leaking windshield wiper fluid on the back window? I have tried to let the wiper go longer to catch drips but the next time I get in to drive you can see the marks all down the window. It's just annoying and I feel like it will have to be filled sooner rather than later because of how much I have to use just to not see that out my back window.

There is a thread on this that might help

Had this happen for about 2 weeks and now it's no longer happening.

yes! it drives me crazy! the leak line is always there. wonder if there is a fix for this?

Somebody posted on facebook that they have a new nozzle for this and they reroute the line so it's shorter to fix it..

The part number for the leaking rear washer is 98886 34000. Techline prescribes replacing this check ball valve and shortening the washer hose. This is not a TSB yet. I will gladly share the repair instructions PDF to your local dealer or via email. I have not received this part yet so I don’t personally know if it’s effective yet. But Brian Edman says it fixed his. I will post the results later this week.

mine is doing the same thing

Do you have a PDF explaining repair instructions that you can post here? I need to share with my dealer as they have no idea how to fix the leak or even admit there is a problem. I will say it hasn't leaked as much in the past several months as it did when I first picked the vehicle in May. Thanks for sharing the fix! Hopefully it worked for you.

This has been happening to me. The dealer wants me to leave it overnight to see what’s going on because it seems to happen when it sits for a long period. What I’ve noticed happening recently was that it leaks even if I don’t use it for a long period of time

Please do share the PDF with the repair instructions - would help those with the issue.

The link to 'Brian Edman' did not work...

That was a conversation (not mine) from facebook...I basically posted it as it had a part# on it of the alleged new valve. I have not heard any more about this since that post was made.

A Technical Service Bulletin has been posted - click here.
Applies to build dates April 1, 2019 through October 28, 2019
