• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a 2020 EX, backup camera has worked fine since purchase. About a week ago I noticed the image is showing part of my license plate/rear hatch. See attached.

Seems like the camera has shift down.

Can it be adjusted in the software? I suspect not. How do I access the camera in the hatch to move it up?

Thanks

Have you had any luck fixing this? Same thing just happened to my 2020 telluride.

I know it’s been a year.. but anyone figure out what the fix is here? It just happened to mine as well.

Attached is the process. I don't think you can do it at home. It requires access to a KDS system and I think that only a dealer or a body shop may be able to do it. My wife's car needed a similar adjustment and I found a way online through their user forum to access the system and make the needed adjustments. I can't find anything similar for Kia.
