Buying an S model at or near MSRP in or near Louisiana!

Has anyone had any luck finding or ordering an S model in or around Louisiana? I've checked several dealerships in state and surrounding all have market adjustments of $7,000-$10,000. I am willing to fly, drive, or ship from another state to not pay the high "market value" adjustment!

Yes. I had luck. Marty at the kia slidell helped. Try him. We expected to order but someone couldn’t pay for the car when it came in. It was close to what we wanted so we bought it.

the KIA in Alexandria had no markup when I called a few days ago. I called every dealership in Louisiana and they were the only ones with no markup. However, could be a months long wait they said.

Do NOT go to the KIA East dealership on Juban in Denham. We went last weekend to discuss what they had coming in. We put our $1,000 payment towards a Telluride this past Monday. They told us Saturday and again on Monday that it had not been sold. Then they call us Tuesday and say that the telluride was pre sold…AFTER we had put our money down and they told us it was available. I called today to push on getting my money back at which point they explained the process of how to get it back. They couldn’t have told us that before?!! Not apologetic at all either. AVOID!
