Can you get 20” wheels with the EX?

We drove an S with 20” wheels and an EX with 18” wheels yesterday.

Could you tell a difference in ride quality?

I'm taking delivery soon of an EX with the optional Premium Package which comes with 20" Machined Finished Alloy wheels. If someone in the Denver area is taking delivery of an LX or non-Premium EX with 18" wheels and would like to swap, let me know.
