• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Called yesterday to ask if the services I wanted to have done on my car could be done in a day. Service couldn't answer, said bring it in as early as possible. I brought the car in, used the dropbox. Service advisor calls me, leaves a message, I can't reach them till the sales dept arrives to man the phone tree, no numbers were give that directly access.

More importantly, they say I need a diagnosis.. and there is a two week wait for that... and that I have to leave the car there for two weeks to get them to look at it. No loaner. I asked.. there is no way to schedule the day that they look at it.. answer was no, car has to be there sitting.. for two weeks. Not sure how many people can afford to leave their car for two weeks. I imagine that number is low.
