Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Sounds like BS. Since you have the order number what are they saying about it? They aren't saying anything. When we pointed out that we have a reference and proof of a $500 deposit, they processed a refund (AmEx) of the deposit 5 min later. My fear is they are going to put it into KFOS after we...

Didn't figure Costco could do anything... we just thought they should know in case they want to remove the dealership from the program. Apparently this isn't the first time they have done this to a Costco customer. Is the SX-P for them even on the list? What was the Costco discount for them?

I would ask that dealership since it's so close to the manufacturing location. They should know how long it takes to receive a vehicle once the VIN is generated. They have all that info on orders in the kdealer system. Ask the sales manager.

I ordered a telluride Feb 2020 still no vehicle. The got delayed because of parts supply, next a Covid delay then plant closer. Still not a word from the dealer, found all this info from my own research. Dealer told us he would keep us updated weekly but never did. When we called for a update we were told that 2020 production was cancelled. They said we can place a order for a 2021 telluride, which production will start in September. Then we recently received an e-mail saying our vehicle is being built, they had a vin number. ETA 7/19/20 and they would let us know when it got closer to the date. SURPRISE no call! We called then and they don’t know were the car is but they gave as a new date o 8/9/20 wow another surprise. Not sure if I want it now, really like the telluride. The dealership not so much. Either way we go, there name will be posted. Not happy at all
