If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My local dealer has a '22 SX AWD in Moss Green enroute. My leased SX AWD with tow is under miles. Does anyone know if dealers are pulling ahead current lease deals just to get some used units on their lots? I have about 20 months left.

From my experience stealerships can do whatever they want with regard to financing and lease contracts. And right now if they can get your used one now and sell it to someone else for top dollar and also "get you in to" a new 2022 I'm sure they will. Only way you'll find out is to drive down there and make it happen! Just make sure the deal makes sense for you. Anything is possible but usually the consumer takes it on the chin for a deal to get done. GL

Your lease contract is with KMF, so you can always pay it off early (KMF has no prepayment penalty), buy the car outright and then sell it/trade it for the '22.

You can ask the dealership to do the same thing... but I'm sure it'll be expensive.

Short answer is yes, but you want to iron out the purchase price of the new one. They win with 3 transactions, but you lose the most of they Mark the 22 up a ton. We recently did a 20-->21 for MSRP and we had about 20 months left.
