• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Do you have any complaints about your Telluride?

Not normal. That piece should be flush. I had the same issue and unfortunately the cause was that the whole rear window was mounted poorly and had to be replaced.

Check the alignment of your rear window - this was how my dealership noticed it and showed it to me. There’s a small gap between the bottom of the window and the body. Is the gap the same on both sides? If not, your window isn’t on right :(

Thank you I already called the dealership they gave me an appointment for this weekend, little disappointed with only 300 miles on the car and already taking it back to the dealer, not a pleasant feeling

If you are asking about the gloss black trim on the rear windshield, mine is flush against the glass. So yours either is not seated properly (can be popped into place?) or is defective?
Defective!!! taking back to the dealer this weekend. :cautious:

Definitely disappointing but it seems like an easy, although annoying fix,

Yeah I've already been back for 2 dealer visits and have to schedule my third (because the second visit didn't fix my problem). Both problems came up within 600 miles.

Clay bar. Then protect it with wax or sealant to prevent future spots.

Yes - good advice to clay bar and then protect. I am not so sure they are rust spots. I have seen surface contaminants like this show up on our cars on occasion and they just need to be removed. Rust would be from under the finish and unless the finish has been damaged it is unlikely you are dealing with rust. If you are unsure it may be worth stopping by a detail shop or auto body shop just to get their eyes on it and an opinion.

Try Smart mode. I think that one provides the best balance between comfortable/economy and get-up-and-go when I do decide to stomp it.
When I first got the car (and also recently) I had it in Smart mode. I found that when it switches to Eco the shifts don’t seem as smooth to me. In Comfort mode it’s smooth like butter. It’s tough cuz the Mazda I came from really felt like the best of both worlds.

oh wow what's the issue now??

Flicker in the video feed from the passenger side camera

First diagnosis was an issue with the camera which led to the whole side mirror being replaced. But the problem returned so then next step might be to replace the wiring harness.

One full week in and zero complaints. I still like just going out in the garage and staring at it.
I’m slowly picking up new shortcuts and/features on the technology each day.

I am having two gripes at the moment.

1- Footwell space. I can’t seem to find a comfortable seating position when cruising using HDA/ACC.

2- My 6 year old finds it impossible to buckle the seatbelt with her booster seat. I even have a hard time.

My 6yo had trouble too. The technique seems to be to put the buckle flush with the side of the booster seat then use the fingertips to push it in.

Thats a coincidence, I started seeing that a couple of weeks ago too on the passenger side only, I have my first service coming up in a few weeks so will get them to take a look, let us no if you get your issue resolved, thanks

Will do. Seems like it’s a problem that’s been coming up a little more in the 21’s. A handful of folks have pointed it out here and in the FB group.

I'm seriously considering the SX. I'm not happy about lack of key fob remote start. I have no interest in paying for a service for the APP after two years. I'm not a big app user anyway. Turn on your phone, wait for app to load, then sift through options to select start...... is WAY too inconvenient compared to pushing the button of fob. Am I misinformed or this lack of fob in fact true?

My 2021 EX has remote start on the Key fob. It's new with the 2021 models.
