• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does the Telluride have running boards or sidesteps for easy entry?

How much were the Broadfeet lighted running boards? Who did installation? What was installation cost?

Thanks , that’s a Broadfeet R22, style seems to go well with the Telluride. Well made product.
No complaints.
And I think less rubber make it easier to maintain and keep it clean. Can I have request a pic from the side of the car? :) Thanks.

I am also wondering if it does stick out enough to prevent door dings? thanks

Not yet, I am having my shipping agent in China contacting them next week. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. Will keep everyone posted.

@MiamiJon - anything further on the Wing Steps?

The LED running board from Broadfeet seems interesting. It could serve as puddle light. I wonder how easy to get it setup to connect to be part of dome light on/off?

To serve as a puddle light on approach - you'd want to tap into the power source for the door handle lights - that way it would light up as you approach the vehicle.

Connecting to the dome light circuit would light up only after unlocking the doors, either by fob (which would light up from whatever distance you choose) or door handle button (which would only light up after you get to the door to press the button).

Although, if you're electrically minded - you could use diodes (only allows juice to run in one direction) and have the power to the running board powered from both sources...

I found a supplier for the Wing step running boards and they advised the steps for the Pallisade will not fit the Telluride but they should have one available soon. Price was $849 + $260 shipping.

I am very interested in these, they are sharp looking at that is not a bad price at all.

yup waiting for them to upload the image or someone in the group who has bought this option. It's weird that Kia website looks like something made by a 14 year old kid (incomplete or dead links, well i think now a days the teenagers are much smarter). For example: If you go via Telluride specs overview it shows EX model with brown interiors but in Build segment there is no such option.
YES! Their website is NOT user friendly at all!

Old people will appreciate the running boards more than kids
Yes, I promised my mother that I will install sidesteps so it will be easy for her to get in the car, and I did.
Now she tells everyone that I got them installed just for her

I got mine from the dealer for around $460, that included installation charges. I was surprised with the price.

Sounds like a great deal! Have any photos of your side steps? I wanted to see the difference between those and the running boards. Thanks.

I am in Oman. I though they will be cheaper in the US since the Telluride is built in the US.

Be sure to keep the thread updated - I'd really like to see these in action on a T-ride...

Can you share the supplier info?

I don’t know. I like the factory OEM ones myself.

Question...is there a gap between the running board and underside of the car? Just curious on how the water/dirt will run-off if there's no gap.

My buddy's SUV (Pilot) had running boards and I've seen dirt get trapped in there or water just pooling.

Don't know If posted or asked before but any one know how good are those
