• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Spent too long in a hospital a year ago March after major surgery. Found three different old men crying that THEY took their car away. I recalled my 90 year old mother calling me all the time weeping that THEY took her car away. I am 76 realizing other than health and death of a loved one it is the biggest hit we will take. Freedom gone. I had my laptop and began searching DRIVER ASSIST. Pages of mostly TELLURIDE I had never heard of and of course Tesla. Watching hundreds of Telluride youtubes, none of them even mentioning the system, which was the most important thing to me.
I have HUD, my daughter has EX with no HUD. I use cruise 100% of the time, she uses it 0% of the time. It's the HUD. All that info in your line of sight, big and colorful. Hers a tiny line on the smaller dash screen.
With cruise on, lane holding goes to 1mph, with it off it does not work until 40mph. Often in rush hour freeway traffic it does so well, with no pedals only have keep a finger on the bottom of the wheel to deny the alert. So often in that kind of traffic I pat the dash, and say "good car, good car." :)
