For history and maybe it will help someone.
I began to notice that the seat does not get into the correct position. The position that is in memory.
Easy entry function and easy height entry are activated.
When the seat moves from the lowest point to the highest, about 2/3 of the way it stops, not reaching the upper point. Even if I do it with a button. I have to release the button and pull up again, the seat continues to rise to the top point. Since I like to sit high, look far - into the memory i keep the position higher than 2/3. Over time, I realized that the seat, even having a record in memory almost at the highest point, returns to 2/3 of the height, i.e. goes down.
I don’t know why the memory decided that 2/3 is the maximum height. Here's a glitch I caught.
I cured it myself: I wanted to clear the memory with the help of a scanner, but I remembered that a Ford, for example, can calibrate. Tried it and it worked.
With the car running, lower the seat to the very bottom, push the maximum back. Save this position in memory. Save to all memory slots. Then turn off the car. Start the engine, adjust the position as needed and save to memory.
