I recently bought a 2022 Telluride nighthawk edition at a dealership about an hour away. The car did not have any floor mats in it. The sales rep said he had to order some. So, off I drove with the thin saran wrap plastic on the floor. Within 5 days I noticed the carpet was Bald where my foot rested near the gas pedal. I mean bald.... all the carpet fibers were coming off in clumps. I went back to the dealership and the "sales manager" said he could fix it. So, today is the day it gets fixed. The fact this dealership is selling them for $10,000 over list price is crazy. Then they want you to buy the matts that come with the Telluride at an extra cost. Ah, no! I did not pay extra for them. I can't imagine how the sales manager is going to fix the carpet. I would think the entire carpet needs to be replaced.
