We are the original owners of a 2020 SXP with 48,000 miles. The seat easy access is not working properly. The seat just barely moves back when the motor is cut off. I went into the settings and made sure it was set for extended but it only slides back about an inch. My husband is over 6 feet and he really likes this feature. Do any of you know what could be causing this? Thanks!

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. It's the harness underneath. I had to get mine just replaced because of the same thing. I have 36,000 on it when it happened. It's covered under warrantee and takes about 2 weeks for the harness to come in. Also have them give you a free loaner because it will be a 4 to 5 hour job.
