• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I am up to date with the Oct 22 Navigation Map and Software update. I did it 2 months ago with no issues and have been pleased so far but I have been having an issue that just began a few days ago. At first the screen did not respond to selection of icons for channel change. Next it would not respond to physical button pushes for switching media. Than after a power down and up and pushing the physical radio button a few times satelite radio finally cam on and the screen started to flash and continued to flash. Another power down and up seems to have fixed it but I have attached a video of the flash. I am not sure if this is resolved or will return so has anyone else seen this?

The radio problem has been reported by certain others in cars with the standard Gen5W system, including the Telluride.

The update was taken down for about a week several weeks ago. It was re-released last week (the file date is 02/03/23). You should download that new version of the October update and reinstall. That should fix your issues.
