I really don’t know where this subject would fall under butttt Does someone make a bigger aftermarket fuel tank?? Reason why I’m asking is I’m gonna be driving from Delaware to Alaska and 18.8 gal tank possibly could get me in trouble in the winter months on the Alcan.

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message

There are aux tanks sold and used for things like light planes being flown across the Atlantic. I don't know much about them but I think they tend to be bladder tanks managed using valves and electric fuel pumps. You might try poking around in the aviation space. Collapsible Aircraft Auxiliary Fuel Tanks – Flexible Jerry Can There are also aux fuel tanks used in pickup trucks. I these are usually metal but not piped into the truck fuel system. More for use in fueling equipment in the field.

Just buy 1 or 2 5gal gas cans. A lot cheaper, plus you will not need the extra fuel capacity all the time.
