• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... have you seen any other tellurides besides yours on the road yet?

Only other one I have seen around is a black SX, he is one of my neighbors about 10 houses down from me, haha so there are two Telly’s in my area.

Passed a gravity gray just like mine on I95 the other day. I guess they were running from the hurricane. Still don’t pass too many in my area

II have driven over 1800 miles in the last ten days with my Dark moss SX and saw one balck SX....all the miles were on I79, 90 and 81...rare sighting in this area

Thanks for the message back! And Congrats on getting your car today!!
Can you by any chance try and let me know if they tell you anything today about if the order process is speeding up for other customers now that production of Sx P is back up and running ? Also would be interested to know from you if Sansone is treating you fairly with lease rates etc. good luck again and Thank you!!
Thank you! I got the car yesterday and its awesome! We waited 4-5 hrs for everything to go through but we got it. I spoke to the manager and he said its speeding up a little bit but its still a slow process for people to get the cars they ordered. I personally think its because (after much reading on this forum) the dealership is a low volume dealer so they just don't get that big of an allotment of tellurides.
They did treat me fairly but its because I came in prepared as hell with printouts and everything (I can DM you what I'm talking about if you want). I knew that the loyalty/conquest extension expired yesterday so I made sure to get in and get the $1k, but then after the manager called the kia rep they said you can only get the $1k and/or the financing rebate, not both. I was surprised but he realized that back in April when you could get both he had submitted a competitive claim for me (or so he says) so luckily I was able to get $2500 back (conquest + financing). I straight up told them I want 1.9% for 48 months and they did not hesitate at all before saying thats fine. Maybe its because I waited for so long and I was order # 1 for a "custom" telluride at the dealership, but they didn't give me a hard time at all.
That being said, maybe it was my arrogance in the 4 hours telling the salesman everything I know about the car (know WAY more than him) but he literally explained 0 to me. Didn't sit with me in the car, didn't do a thing, but i'm ok with that.

Well go figure right after I make this post I saw a white EX and a Black SX yesterday haha.

I see one every once in a while but since my dealer said they were only making 40,000 this year that isn't very many i one market.

My commute to work including dropping my daughter off at high school is less than 2 km about 1 mile and I saw a Telluride this morning. I guess I am not in Texas anymore!!!! LOL (Richmond Hill, ON, Canada) I waved and the other Telluride driver waved back!

Oh that was you?

Hi. Thank you for this comprehensive response about your experience picking up the car. Would love to connect and discuss some of this with you at some point. I am approaching the 2- month mark. Hopefully that means I’m turning the corner but who knows.

I’m planning lease financing for when the car arrives. Again interested in leveraging any and all tactics and techniques that helped you for the day of pick up!! Thank you.

I've seen a couple just north of NYC... a white (LX?) and a black (S?)... was so excited about seeing another, I didnt notice the details to determine trim...

i haven't seen one yet but i'd like to know who has. have you seen one on the road in your daily commute?
I saw a dark Moss over labor day, but that was it. I have not seen it since and I've been looking. I find myself looking a lot closer at other vehicle just to see what everyone else has. Love my Telly

I don’t have one, but just saw one for the first time live in San Francisco Area. Zoomed past me and I was going 80. It was the “red” one, personally I don’t like any shade of red. But telluride looked great I recognized the front girll in my rear view mirror. Looked gray, back not so much, not as boxy as I expected. This one had red letter S next to V6. I don’t know if trim S is in red or it’s just for this red car. Waiting for Palisade to test drive and compare both and maybe still try with Ascent. They are plentiful in California.
I have the S trim and it also has the red S next to the V6
