• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... In early January I was rear ended in a hit and run on a freeway that pushed me up into the car in front of me causing damage to both ends of my ‘21 Telluride EX-P Black Copper Nightfall.

176/177 parts have been sourced but the shop says they cannot find a front impact bar (part #64900S9000). Original estimate was 3/4 pushed back to 4/1 looking unlikely without being able to track down this part.

Is there something you think the shop isn’t trying to do to track down that part?

He was very quick to respond but unfortunately he doesn’t have this part.

Oh okay. I’m sorry to hear that. I will keep searching. I will even ask my neighbor who works for Kia. See if he can locate the part. 🙏
