  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. How communicative is your dealer?

I don't email or call my dealer frequently. I reached out two days ago for the first time in a month just to check in and let him know I was still alive. Lots of stuff going on in the world so it's not shocking he hasn't gotten back to me yet but even with the world not in quarantine he was pretty slow to get back to me when I told him I wanted to place my order.

So for others out there, how responsive have your salespeople been? Before people start another lovefest for Kia of Muncie, I know they are responsive but their waitlist is no joke! So for dealers outside of Muncie, how responsive have they been?

My dealership Nutley Kia was very responsive!
 
My dealer only told me when they got an eta for delivery, which was a month after ordering, and then once more a few days before it was delivered. Even though I was checking in monthly, no additional info was provided.
 
@StephenCantrelle at Classic Kia of Carrollton in the DFW area has been great. And they will let you order at MSRP. I am in San Antonio, TX and will gladly make the 300 mile trip to do business with them.
