• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Steps that I followed:
  1. Pressed start button twice without foot on brake
  2. Pressed setup button under navigation screen
  3. Touched the Vehicle icon
  4. Touched the magnifying glass icon on the navigation screen with brought up a search window
  5. Typed in "Service" on the screen
  6. That brought up two results on the left hand side of the screen, one of which was Service Interval and the other was Enable Service Interval
  7. I changed my Service Interval to 5000 miles and then reset it as I had just recently changed my oil and filter
I don't know if that is available without first asking the dealer to turn it on. I had read that that was needed and asked them to do so when I brought it in for a recall service.
