INCOMING TELLURIDE UPDATE AS OF 5/7

For me it's the bait and switch tactics that are unacceptable. When a dealer or sales person advertises MSRP but then tacks on other costs/fees during the purchase of the car.

As far as I can tell, the dealership @aaroneast works at is being upfront about the cost of the car on their website. But @aaroneast is advertising MSRP when he posts incoming tellurides on here. If he had integrity he would post the actual price they are selling for with the "protection package" included.

100% this. IDGAF if a dealer charges $25K over MSRP. Be transparent. Bait and switch and deceptive practices are the problem.

If you look at his previous posts he has done this since the start and people tell him to put up the price you are selling for NOT MSRP. Put the price that you are selling the Tellruide for not MSRP. All you are doing is making people mad when they inquire for more details, and you say wait there is a extra negotiable fee on added.

I don’t know if it’s in the rules for the forums, but in my opinion dealers need to post the out the door price, less taxes if they advertise on here or get banned.

Great in a couple of weeks when you make a new post make sure you put the selling price instead of the MSRP. Another option everyone could go to google reviews and leave a review that you aren't upfront with your pricing!!!!!!

Great for you!!!!! Happy you have a "deposit" on those vehicles!!!!!! Refundable??? Hope they don't shop around while they wait for the cars to be built and delivered!!!!!!! Hope you told them about the lovely add-ons you put on them and don't keep it as a surprise until they come in to pick up!!!!!!

You're missing the point. The upcharge is not the issue. You could avoid the vilification if you just post the real price on here from the get go. Or you can continue with the bait and switch posts and we'll continue to provide backlash and bad reviews for your dealership.

I think dealer has got to pay bills, if they are getting charged over msrp, they can’t sell for less.

on ordered vehicles from Kia directly….well maybe over charge some, but if I was a dealer I’d be giving my repeat buyers msrp.

I got msrp and this was at the same dealer. I will drive the extra 2 hours every time for someone who shoots me straight…good or bad.View attachment 18802
