Is anyone here having the driver settings reset issue?

Happened this morning to my 2023 Telluride. Also can't use any of the actual buttons (Media, Radio, Nav, or even the phone button on my steering wheel)

Called Kia Connect 844-886-9411. Got the pre-recorded message that they are aware of this issue but don't have the resolution yet. They are investigating.

I did get a warning that one of the front cameras was obscured and a bunch of lights on the dash. It was odd. It only lasted a minute. I wonder if it was related?

It happened this morning on my 2024 telluride. Very annoyed as everything has to be set up again. And my navigation history is also gone.

I had this same thing happen today with my 2024 Telluride. All of my settings were gone. I’m so mad! It’s like starting all over again.

Hello, I have a 2021 GV80/Prestige. 30K miles Today I started it up & all my settings were somehow back to factory default !!!! What pain. Does anyone have a clue why this happened ? Thanks:cool:

I lost all my settings yesterday to my 2024 Telluride...

I called my dealer and they told me there is a software update that they will put together and put on a thumb drive that has to be installed to correct the problem. I have a 2024 Tellurude that cleared out all my saved data.

I happened to me as well to my (Telluride 2022). Everything is gone and I also couldn’t use my radio and my information is gone.
