• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hey Telly fam! Its been a while!
i need some help!
I have my dashcam wired into the fuse box and it is draining my batteries! I was told that as long as the cam or wire kit I used had an auto off to not drain the battery completely I was okay. And it was fine for a while but now I am getting all sorts of weird issues.

1. My dashcam power cycles whenever my auto shut off activates. So at every stop light.
2. my back up camera started being glitchy and just went black.

so does anyone know which fuse port to use to have it shut off with the car? That should fix my issue right?

I switched the fuse to “wipers rr” 15amp and it turned off with the engine so i think that fixes it?
