  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I joined the family last Friday I purchased an EX Dark Moss. I've been saving and planning to get a Telluride for a while now. I didn't plan on the color to some of the features but any loving the color and features it does have nonetheless.

My heart was set on an AWD in get with the Nightfall package and towing package. The supply issues and over MSRP mark-ups meant some reassessments had to happen to really prioritize my wants vs needs.

The best part is, it hasn't for a moment felt like I actually compromised!

As a fellow EX owner - welcome to the club! I don’t have Nightfall or the associated AWD configuration given that I live in Texas but I love my EX all the same. We are about 5500 miles in and it has been great so far.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Telluride! What did the Telluride replace for you? I'm glad you found us. :)

Thanks! I just turned in from a 3 year lease on a Honda Pilot I had prior. It was a very functional vehicle but not nearly as refined inside or out as the Telluride. At the time, I had a popup camper and it was a good option for towing as well as fitting my family of 4 and my size (I'm 6'3").

By comparison, the Telluride looks much nicer both outside and in, includes a lot of nice to have features, though in some areas less than was standard on the Honda.

Since I bought this time, I also like that the Kia comes with the 10 year - 100k power train warranty.

Things the Honda included that the Telluride EX does not off the top of my head are... HomeLink built into lower trims and collision mitigation auto braking for all trims. I also really liked the camera built into the right side mirror that displayed on the screen. I did not realize how much I used that until I didn't have it :)

I plan on ordering the upgraded rear view mirror that includes HomeLink as an easy solution to add that at least.
