• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Apple iOS user. Just updated the Kia Access App. In the little mini tutorial feature it talks about remote start settings. It shows heated and ventilated seats as pickable option under Custom. But when I go to Custom I don’t see it. My App does not look like tutorial from the same App. Attached App tutorial and the actual screen from my App. 2021 SX-P NF Thoughts?E34286BF-7390-4AC2-B3E3-1422C9246EF0.png54F0634A-C901-4459-AD20-A2FD7B374386.png

They got rid of the heat/vent seat controls some time back in 2019. I never had the option when I first used in Jan 2020. Because you have a prestige model, there is a setting within the UVO settings in the car that will enable auto on for the heat/vent seats depending on the climate control set point and outdoor temp.

Keep in mind that you need to select this setting on your center infotainment screen. If not already, make sure it is turned on in Setup > Vehicle > Seat > Heated/Ventilated Features > Auto Controls That Use Climate Control Settings.

Note that this is the path with the newest update; I cannot remember if this has changed from what it used to be or not. One way or another, it is similar to this.

Understand if they did get rid of it? Because I have prestige it won’t show up because because I have the option to set it another way?

I meant the option to set heat/vent seats via the Kia Access smartphone app has not been available for at least over a year.

There is no setting in your app to enable what the tutorial photo you posted is falsely advertising.

Only way prestige owners have been getting it to turn on with remote start is the way I mentioned to you in the post above.

Otherwise your only other option is to get into your car and flip the switch manually.

Maybe it is a function they intend to bring back in future app updates. But as of v4.4 for iOS, it still doesn’t have the seat controls in the app.
