• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I received a Diagnostic Issue warning in the Kia Access App for my 2021 Kia Telluride. Long story short, I took it in for service, they completed the service and the warning is still active within the app. How long until it clears or is there anything I can do to manually clear it? See screen shot under DIAGNOSTICS ISSUES.

Thanks for your comments!

Full story: I was driving on the highway and the check engine light came on. I drove home and parked in my garage. By the next morning when I took it to the dealer, the check engine light was already off by the time I cranked it in the morning. When I got there, they asked me to look in the app, we saw the warning code P059700 which was a "thermostat issue" - the extended warranty paid for this service and I just needed to pay my $100 deductible. The entire thing was north of $700. Either way, I took the vehicle in with the check engine light already off, and now when I look in the app, the warning message is still present. Should it go away on its own? That's what I'm trying to find out. The dealer told me they're not sure how long until it goes away to just keep checking and let them know in a few days if it hasn't cleared.

The reason I'm asking for feedback is they were lingering for over a week with the car, so it triggered trust issues that the service was in fact completed.
