I placed my order yesterday and made the dealer confirm several times that the order was actually submitted. Would you mind elaborating on how else they could screw up just so I have another question to ask my Kia rep?

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I was told 3 to 4 months when I placed mine...I'm thinking none of these dealers really know what the time frame is.

Perhaps never confirming the order was received and not following up? Dunno. I just know some dealers are shady. I trust no one. I’m sure I’m driving mine crazy with questions because they made the process too easy. They’re either really good or I have a hard time coming LMAO
Wondering these new orders will ever get fulfilled when those from April are still waiting.

Good question. I started looking again because of the OP and placed an order yesterday. My dealer said it should take 60 days but I'm thinking October/November.

Got an email from my Sales person the other day... My SXP...ordered in April... "should" be coming in soon.... lol by the end of Aug. So, 4 months … He is going to send me my VIN as soon as he gets it and I called my Detailer friend. He is going to call my Salesperson (a friend) and instruct him on what NOT to do with outside dealer prep as in NO WASHING/WAXING. I will be taking the T-ride over to the detailer for 2 days...he is going to clean and Ceramic Coat... 4 months without the vehicle so 2 days won't matter. His work is great...saw some of it... The surface looks like a mirror. And... most of the time...all will need is a rinse off instead of a scrub. Over the years it is guaranteed...it will cut down on the $$$ to do it the old fashion way...
Will fill ya'll in when I get the VIN. Almost happy LOL but still waiting.
Oh and since the Email.. they have gotten 5 or 6 more T-Rides in (one an SX...which was sold off the trailer) .
