Kia telluride shifting gears pop sound?

Hello everyone. I had a question about the Kia Telluride and shifting gears( P, D, R). I recently got a Kia telluride not too long ago, and whenever I shift to “park” my car makes like a pop sound. Only when I shift it to park. Has anyone experience this when you put to park or is it just me. It doesn’t happen all the time but I’m a bit worried.

I have it too. Was curious if this is normal as it seems louder than on other cars I’ve had. Like there is a lot of slop in the park gear position before it locks.

Mmm a video would help. But I kinda experienced this as well. I think you have to make sure you fully press down the brake pedal before you shift to Park. If it’s not fully pressed down is when it cases the louder than usual Pop.
