  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I am new to this site. I just bought a 2020 telluride S AWD/ I had a hitch and 4 prong put on. Now I see that I need a 7 pin. I don't want to spend a lot of money wiring it all up and my trailer is an R-POD 190. It is low weight and the hitch weight is 350 lbs. It will only have stuff for 2 adults, which means it won't have much weight added. Any thoughts as to what to do next. Do I need the trailer brakes or is that a dumb question.

There's a good discussion of this exact topic somewhere on this forum (@NCTelly has a lot of good information from experience) but I just can't find it this moment.
