Latest info on ordering through KFOS

All priority on custom orders should be 1 on the screenshot you posted.

Supplemental orders are hit and miss. kinda rare. (weekly allocations through kdealer)
More than likely if you are at the top of the queue then you will be entered into KFOS for April. (KFOS does not go by color but by how many the dealership earns for that given month for each trim in FWD/AWD)

The real question you need to ask is How many SX AWD orders are infront of you? How many SX AWD orders does the store average each month through KFOS.

That will determine how many months till you are entered into KFOS and accepted/given initial ETA.

Thanks! They said I was #4 before KFOS opened. Based on your info on the ID number, I am the #2 order entered that day. So hopefully I can get in soon, regardless of the Tow Package. Thanks!

The very first column that shows a zero... that should be a one if it is for sure 100% this month... if the Priority is zero(Priority is first column) and the second box is checked that means you are a supplemental order...

Supplemental order means if Kia can make it and assign it to dealer they will but not necessarily guaranteed..

So if you don't fill this month you should be at the top of the list for next month.

This looks different from the prior Kdealer confirmations I've seen. Is this an updated Kdealer interface or KFOS?

If KDealer, then the zero priority means that my order was not placed under one of their July KFOS allotment then, correct? This would mean that they already ordered cars under their July allotment with 1 priority, and then placed my order?

KFOS is open right now. So this is your order being moved from kdealer to KFOS.. your order was pending in kdealer and automatically transferred to KFOS. The priority doesn't matter as no other orders are entered with your order(SX AWD)

Come Wednesday the dealer should receive your initial ETA. looks like smaller store to only have one SX AWD assigned and no supplemental request.. So your almost to the final stretch!

New around here, but whats the best way to get some sort of order update from my dealer. I called and spoke to my sales person ordered on 5/25 SX AWD N. The feedback i got back was "your order has been placed, we have no other way to provide any other information" I asked if we were on a dealer waitlist or not, and they said no our order was placed the day we placed it, very confused at this point.

Similar situation here. I am supposedly #6 on my dealer's list and see nothing in Failcat yet. However, according to Failcat, dealer has already 18 2023s with VIN numbers.

Friday will be our normal weekly allocation though kdealer.. I wouldn't hold my breathe that it will get filled on that.. If it does awesome.. but wouldn't bank on it.

Ok, thanks. I see other SX’s on failcat for my dealer. Are these orders they placed or could they just be cars that were allocated to them by Kia without them knowing?

Could be our initial 23 allocations that got assigned to us. We all got an initial batch assigned to all stores.

For my location, I have only had one batch of custom orders get assigned after that initial allocation drop.
