No they aren't because I specifically asked.

Echoing this comment....I did a custom build quote with a dealer 10 days ago on an EX trim, and the fog lights were NOT offered as an option.

I suspect the light stalk on your Telly doesn't have the switch needed to operate so you will probably need an after-market switch located somewhere on our under your dash. Good luck !

That's interesting. I wonder why, on the kia.com web site, they list "Front Fog Lights, LED Nightfall Edition" as one of the items included in the "EX Nightfall Package"? (See my screen shot above).

I just purchased a 2021 nightfall and it did not come with fog lights, kinda wish it did tho.
