Minor collision on back towing package

I got bumped in the kids carpool line today. The guy behind me in a Ford 350 was farting around with his speakers/music and dancing with a young child in his truck. He almost got me once and I scooted up but a minute later he hit me! I stopped to make sure he was going to pull over and looked at the bumper. He said “ I’m so sorry I bumped you. My F-Ing foot slipped off the brake pedal!” I said you were messing around with the music And you almost hit me a minute ago. He said let’s get the kids then park in the lot. We parked and he wiped the scuff off my top bumper but he also scuffed the towing package with self leveling stuff. I got his info. He smelled of beer!! I did a screenshot of my dash cam info. I didn’t call the cops. I have not called his insurance , yet. I have an appointment at Kia for them to check it all out in a week. Should I be concerned about the towing package, the rear collision and parking sensors or camera???? If there was something wrong , would there be an indicator lights on the dashboard?? Thank you.
