I ordered in Dec, 21 with Hiffines Corinth dealer. Still waiting for my car to be built. At this point, not sure what year model i am going to get. There is no extra price added with Corinth dealer except two lowest priced accessories (otherwise, Kia would be adding something expensive). I went to southwest Kia dealer yesterday. They are asking for 10k market adjustment.

I put an order in 08/06/2022 at Moritz Kia Hurst and was quoted 6-8 months wait. I feel like the 2023 will be released soon and it'll be about a 12 month wait from then.
I ordered the first week of January 2022. Pretty basic EX. I still have no ETA and only one other that ordered in January has supposedly been filled. I am starting to feel like I am getting the runaround. 8.5 months and not even an ETA or whether it will be 2022 or 23.

I would reach out to the GM, we had a bad sales rep, no updates, when I would question him he would not even look in the computer just gave random infomation which not even correct, gave me the wrong VIN, ect. I have no patience to deal with people that do not want to do their jobs. The GM at Moritz Kia Fort Worth was amazing and basically took over working with me. I don't like bothering people BUT, sometimes you just have to. I wish you the best of luck and hope you get information soon.

Spoke to sales at Ft Worth today, told they are at the stage of going through the list to change everyone over to 23s, they are just waiting for the full specs and pricing. Sounds pretty much like other dealerships. More waiting…

I was told by them that were about 400 orders that have to be change to the 23.

For anyone who ordered from Moritz Alliance, I got a call from my sales guy today to confirm my order for a 2023. He said that they didn't have MSRP pricing yet, but that their make-ready fee (the tint/other stuff you agree to with them) went up from $900-ish (can't remember the actual cost I was quoted) to $1898, but they are upgrading the tint to ceramic and including some additional things in there for the price. He listed them, but I can't remember all that he said - some kind of additional film for the back window and...cup guards maybe?
He said that I was one of the first orders he was submitting - I placed my order on 12/1 of last year.

I was coming on today to check and see if you had gotten your car yet. I'm the one who ordered November 1st. My 2022 arrived on Friday, we picked it up on Monday!! I believe we're one of the last few of the 2022s to come in for Alliance. They still honored the $898 make ready fee which I was glad about. Did they say how long it might take to get your 2023?

I just texted him and he said his manager was telling him 3-4 months. I know I'm right at the end of the wait, but to be honest I think I might be done. Maybe I'll see if there's a Palisade or something I can get sooner. Ugh.

Ceramic tint ran me $500 w. Tax including the front windshield clear UV that makes a huge difference in blocking Texas summer heat.

Wow i just read this whole thread. My rep is Pierre also, nice guy but not a great communicater. just sent him a text to confirm my 07/18 order. Walaw (spelling?) he has replied, 2023 as I ordered it, SXP no nightfall. asked where i am in the que? he honestly does not know. anybody have the the tool dealers use to check?? Thank you.

Glad he actually replied and no changes were necessary. I wad told by the GM at Alliance that the sales rep can find out that information it just takes time.
Just heard from Moritz Alliance. They needed me to change my 2022 Dark Moss SXP Nightfall order to match the available choices for 2023. So X-Line instead of Nightfall, and Terracotta instead of Dune Brown interior. No towing will be added from factory due to the recalls, so that will have to be added after the fact. Difference in 2022 vs 2033 was $1500. They did not give me an updated time frame. When I ordered in July they were still saying 8 months. Mentally I'm prepared for longer than that. Still excited though. I've loved my 2020 Sangria LX .... ready for the upgrade!
edit - I reached back out about the time frame and was told it's still 6 - 8 months from when I ordered in late July. That sounds a optimistic but here's hoping!
