However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Moritz wait listers

So are they saying no dune brown?? That's what i ordered!

Sadly Dune Brown is no longer an option. Terracotta is the closest match according to the sales rep. I did my best to look it up online and I tend to agree it's the closest although I far preferred Dune Brown.

Does anyone know what Moritz includes for the 2022 $900 make-ready fee? Do the 2023s come with any window tinting by default?

I am getting a 2023 EX, but assuming I get grandfathered into the lower 2022 make-ready fee, I am not sure what I'll be getting, e.g. window tinting. The sticker itself just lists $210 for carpet floor mats under additional equipment.

Thanks!

I ordered from Moritz and I was told that I would have to pay the new fee even though I ordered almost a year ago with the old fee - I’ve seen a few others say the same. The old fee included tint and nitrogen in the tires. The new one includes ceramic tint, nitrogen, door and cup guards (whatever those are).

Just a follow-up on my experience with Moritz. I ordered in December 2021 and got a text from my sales guy a few weeks ago that my order matched one of their 2023 allocations for this month. I was kind of skeptical, but he sent me the window sticker and sure enough, it matched! The truck came in on Tuesday, and I picked it up on Thursday. I love it! Overall it was a pleasant buying experience at the time - the finance guy was a tad pushy with add-ons but ultimately accepted my no. I was there for only a couple of hours - fastest car buying experience I've ever had, which unfortunately led to an oversight on my part.

My one complaint is...I've always considered the "make ready" add-on to just be an over the MSRP price I have to pay and ultimately didn't really care about anything that it included. I live in Austin and had to go up to Ft. Worth to pick it up - it just so happened that a friend was driving up to Dallas for the day on Thursday. The truck with my car on it came in late Tuesday night. I asked if I could pick up the car on Thursday so I could easily get a ride and my sales guy told me I could, but that the tint included with the make-ready package would not be finished. I said that was okay, he told me that I could make an appointment to go back up to get the tint done, which is something I'm honestly unsure whether I will actually do. Anyways, he told me that the other parts of the "make ready" were finished (nitrogen in tires, door edge guards and cup protectors) at pickup. I didn't notice until I got home that night because I was excited and in a hurry, but my car did NOT have edge guards or cup protectors. Not sure if my salesman deliberately mislead me or if it was a misunderstanding with service. So, a warning to people who pick up from Moritz Alliance: make sure that they actually do put these on your car!

Hello all, just placed an order for a 23 SX Prestige X-Line yesterday. They told me 9-10 months before I would be getting my Telluride. Now the wait begins 😁

@apnknightmare Yay, so glad you finally got your car! What color is your 23? I'm in Austin also by the way. Such a bummer that they didn't do your edge guards and cup protectors. Are you having to go back up there to take care of that?

Moritz Alliance has been pretty good keeping us updated.. They texted me the other day to say they got a '23 SX Prestige that matched my color choices (Dark Moss/Terracotta), but it was not X-Line so I decided to wait for my actual order (expected around Feb if all things stay on track). Exciting to see them hitting and people picking them up now!!! I was tempted, but this is the first time I'm actually buying a car that has everything I want so I'm trying to be patient. We picked up our '20 Sangria LX because it was one of those deals of, " if you don't buy while we have one, we don't know when we'll get another one". We LOVE the car but always wished it had a few more upgraded features. 3 years later Tellurides are still flying off the lots faster than they can build them. Can't wait for our '23.

I got Gravity Grey with black interior. I love it! It is a bummer - I am gonna have to go back up there and I'm not looking forward to the drive.

Oh I got the same color combo! Gravity Grey with black interior also. How funny! I'm loving my car too. Good luck heading back up there but at least you have a nice ride to make the drive a little more enjoyable!

I got my 2023 Telluride yesterday after 11 month wait. Moritz quoted 1900 for make ready but initially they were 900 when I booked 11 months ago. Negotiated and they reduced to 1300. Nitrogen tires, Ceramic tinting etc. Sales guy was awesome and I was out in 2 hours.

Moritz Alliance just informed us our order was picked up and due at the dealer approx March 5th (we put in the order July 27th). Seems like the 6 - 8 months was pretty accurate.
