• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Murray kia order to delivery time

Wait you went to pick it up and at delivery they tried to charge you more??
I think you need to go back a bit through this thread and read what has transpired over the last week. Unfortunately, they are no longer honoring the MSRP price. I happened to be one of the few, extremely lucky ones who they honored the MSRP price for. But within like 2-3 days of me picking up my vehicle, greed took over and now they want a $7995 markup on all incoming Tellurides, no matter when it was ordered.

This is absolute BS and I feel so bad for everyone who had their vehicles come in after mine. It's despicable behavior out of this dealership.

I received an email from Kia America asking me to fill out a survey about my purchase experience, and if I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I left a scathing review for them and said that no, I would not be. I know that won't really help anyone, but I did it anyway. I probably will not be going to them for service at all, as I just can't trust them now with the way they are treating customers.

Omg. I was told since it was picked up before the sale it would be honored. That was yesterday. I am sorry.

It's all good @Navalbrat. Maybe they will change their tune if they get enough bad reviews and press. But as of right now, they are no longer selling tellurides at MSRP and they are adding a 7,995 markup on it whether your order was picked up by KFOS or is stuck at port waiting to be delivered.

No. They are honoring the ones that Kia picked up the order to. All others were canceled I heard.
It wasn’t without a fight for those lucky enough although some did not put up a hard fight had their deposits refunded and lost their order that they waited for over 5 months. Get your facts straight I know first hand because I was a victim of their not caring and sticking their foot up your a and making life miserable with no remorse

Don’t steer the public in the wrong direction and try to make light of what was happening people got burned and lost their cars to greed

I was not steering anyone. I talked to my salesperson yesterday and was told it was going to be MSRP. I didn’t know any of the other stories until someone informed about going deeper up the thread. I just know what I was told. I myself was confused with the posts. I am hoping they honor what was said but I would be just as angry if it was me. As of right now I don’t know for myself.

Looks like raceway is lying..

Please do not bomb me in reviews…… I no longer work there for a reason…..
I haven't checked this forum in a few weeks and so had no idea of the changes at Murray. What a sad state of events. Roger is a straight-up guy and was great to work with. Given the avaricious nature of the new regime at Muray, it's not a surprise to learn that he did not want to be associated with that kind of dealership.

Roger: Best of luck to you and please let the forum know where you wind up. Some of us may want to purchase new Kia;s in the future, and they ain't gonna be from Murray/Raceway . . .

Charlie

Yes, I commented on a post from raceway kia of Conshohocken and they responded saying my information was wrong. But then again they also said Roger still works there... who ever does their Facebook stuff must not be in the loop of what is happening

If it wasn't for heat from the poor consumer no one would be getting their order at MSRP. Here's the real test of the dealers integrity and sincerity what are they going to do for the people that got burned by their bs decision NOT to honor the ordered MSRP price.

No one should back down on the comments until all those ordered are delivered as promised with the above comment.

Again what are they doing for those screwed with accepting a refund and then selling their ordered vehicle outright.

Its not ok to stick it to people and then say we are doing the right thing now because your haunting us with negative press.

AND why only those before January. What about the poor consumer waiting now for the last 4 months. OH I see screw them just take their orders and sell at the mark up of 7995 and maybe more.

I wonder how many deals were ordered from Jan to end of April. And at 8K a car the dealership owners are loving it while their poor employees take the heat. And the people that ordered get shafted. Can't order a 2022 now and guarantee it will be a 2022.

IF you ordered from Jan thru April then you are screwed???? WHY. Would sure like to hear the excuse for this action.

I rejoined Facebook just to support your claim.
Thank you. Also the negative publicity seems to be making a difference. On fb page they are back tracking and saying msrp again for a few people
