NAV INPUT

My nav will accept voice input and operates from POI.....when I key in an address it will not accept it...any ideas as to what the problem might be???

Are you moving when doing this? What do you mean not accept it?

Not moving.....I input address per their illlustration and it tells me to do one of three things for which one of them is to re enter the address
