• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi folks.
So I must have run the car over some paint lying on the road and it splattered over my driver side door and underboard. Is there a way to remove this without damaging the car paint?!!? Thx in advance.

Can you post a pic of the damage, helps with assessment. I've taken off road paint from new striping, (my wife can't seem to avoid these!). Used a combination of paint thinner and then clay bar, but it was mostly splatter.
