New KIA Telluride with Strange red light

Hello, new to forum but haven't been able to find anything that mentions a red light on cluster. Comes on and off at will. Dealer is clueless. Would love feedback if anyone has experienced this, 2024 LX. Sorry, its sideways.

Looks like a door open sensor that might not be positioned correctly or having an error if the door is completely closed.

Thank you, yes it lights up just like that if the door is open. There is just no error indicated. Then I drive with the red light on and all other working icons are lit up, like gas, lane lines, miles to empty, etc.

Does your LX have any options under Cluster Theme? Configuring the cluster/head-up display settings I would be worried about what else is malfunctioning on that display and not getting reported to you from the ECM.

It's at the dealer right now, 5th day, waiting on light to light up so they can put on their machine. Here is a better picture of said subject.

Just looks like your center 4.2” cluster screen is messed up. That’s not all supposed to be red. It’s supposed to be black. You don’t need any error code to tell you or the dealer that.

Agreed, that doesn't look like a notification. I would push for a new screen.
