Ordered the SX Limited with grey nappa interior. Dealer told me the car will be ready between 8-12 weeks. The wait is killing me. I am used to buying off the lot. Any tips on how I can wait patiently?

The wait was Awful, but just hang around here, and consider this place your orientation.

Hi everyone...newbie here. This forum has been so informative in only the 1 day I’ve been on it.
First big question....what exactly is the info on failcat telling us? Are these cars that should be on the lots? Are they cars headed to the lots? Are they just cars that have been special ordered for a customer and already sold/spoken for?

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm glad you found us! What will the Telluride be replacing for you? While you're waiting for your own Telluride, you can live through others here.

Its replacing a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The differential broke into 2 pieces a month after the warranty expired. Got it repaired (which was expensive) and sold it soon after because I was thinking maybe another big repair was also around the corner.
