Good morning all! Just placed my order for a 2021 Telluride S in Glacial White Pearl. I live in Granite Falls, Wa. I have 2 kids, 7 and 2, with one more on the way. (Which is the main reason for the upgrade from a Hyundai Santa Fe to a 3rd row vehicle) I take delivery on 4/7 as of now, and can't wait to get out in the wonderful PNW with this car! I test drove the SX before ordering, but finances just wouldn't allow for anything over the S. I have a couple other vehicles including a 2017 Focus RS. I don't plan on many mods, although the chrome will HAVE to go. Look forward to keeping in touch with many of you and seeing what you all have!

Hi nickjust26- new member here, too! We're interested in ordering a 2021 Telly, but I just can't stomach paying over MSRP. Did you find a dealer in Washington who will order your car without a markup or extra stuff above MSRP? I'm in Seattle, but willing to travel for the right price.

Kia of Everett actually only went about $2000 over. Everywhere else was $4000+. If you got to them, talk with Quincy. He was super awesome and took his time with me and got all my questions/concerns address right away. He spent most of the night just talking family with me while I waited too.

Interesting, thanks for the info. I test drove at Kia of Everett and they were quoting $4k over, but I didn't get into haggling at all. Kia in Kirkland quoted $2k over. I'm really trying hard only to pay MSRP (considering I'm used to negotiating with MSRP as a starting place!), but I understand this is a somewhat unique situation with this car. Anyways, I'm going to keep trying different options and dealers. Thanks for the intel.

Yes, I hear you. I also live in WA and do not want to pay over MSRP. I test drove a Telluride at Weston Kia in OR. But I have not gotten down to negotiating price. It was so much easier last time I bought a car in California from the internet manager. It was a no haggle, no BS price just above invoice! It was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. So, everything else seems like a step down now in terms of the whole buying process. I don't like playing games, bait and switch, upselling, sneaky ADM fees, etc...

See what you can find in Idaho or Montana. I know it's a drive, but shoot out some emails. I have heard some good things about some of the dealers, not just Kia, over there.
