• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... New 24 Telly, SX Prestige Xline, with maybe 750 miles is having a hard time starting. It turns over it just takes a few seconds for it to do so. I guess it goes through an automatic diagnostic of some sort at starts that results in an error message about the Engine Management System on the infotainment side of the screen and a solid hceck engine light on the dash side of the screen.. The error message states: A possible condition with your engine control system has been detected. A full system check is recommended to be done when convenient. Please contact your local dealership to schedule an appointment. See photos below.

I'm in Florida, the weather has been perfect and it's kept in the garage. I've been home sick with the flu so it hasn't gone anywhere in almost a week but I remember it doing the slow turnover without any error messages at least once before but didn't think much of it at the time. Any suggestions or guesses are welcomed!

My 2021 had an error message along those lines with the check engine light but I was at 36k miles when it happened. Mine ended up being a bad thermostat. They replaced it and refilled the car with new coolant too. You should definitely take the car into the dealership it’s completely covered under warranty! They will run a diagnostic pull the check engine light code and hopefully address the issue.

Mine ended up being a cam position sensor plug coming loose. Tech said it likely wasn't completely plugged in at the factory and had worked its way loose over time. Took 3 hours for them to read the code to point them where to look and then plug it back in.
