may be a little late now...wife just got a call from the dealer that we could see the car tomorrow...not sure if that means pick up or look at it and do the paperwork and have to pick it up another day...i'm not interested in driving up there to just look at it...have to get her to clarify

My credit union only needs a business day to do loan approval and give me a blank check (up to $60k or whatever the authorized amount is) to take to the dealer. They said they do this all the time. You should call your credit union to see how fast their process is. The weekend is nearly here. You can always tell the dealer you’ll take delivery Monday. Good luck!
the screen protector and the center console are great ideas...thanks...probably won't do any tinting...we have some frames that we will either transfer over or get new ones

thanks!...i def will...i guess my question is will i lose money in closing costs or some other form if i finance with kia and just refi with my bank right after versus if i bring my financing from my bank?...is either more of a hassle?...this is the 11th hour for this stuff at this point but we waited this long so i'll do whatever makes more sense
thanks but that link brought me to a post about wheels on this forum...the following link is on the kia website with the following manuals but i don't see an infotainment manual...

Found problem with this forum. Somehow, copying and pasting a link to another Telluride forum, the url is changed to this forum. Instead, manually enter the url.

Very strange the way this forum modifies postings. When I re-edit the original posting, it shows the correction information, but displays differently when posted.
Went to do paperwork and check out the car...everything was in place...hitch ball kit, brake controller harness and an extra set of locking lugs with key...wife took it for a drive and liked it...had to remind them about our deposit and the doc fee was 4x what it should have been so they had to fix that...took about 3 hours...will pick up the car sometime next week...was told 6-8 months...probably going to be more like 3 months
took a look under the hood...I think I could see where the top headlight bulb is to easily swap when necessary but not sure about the bottom one...I’ll have to poke around and see if there is a video...also what happens if the turn signal/halo light goes out?...does the whole headlight fixture need to be replaced?...same thing with the rear...the led strip lights in cars seem expensive to replace vs just a led bulb so I never really like buying a car with that design even though it looks nice...this is a fixation of mine cause in my legacy I need to take a wheel off and go through the wheel well to change a light bulb in my car and they go out often...awful design
any special tools I should keep in this car?...usually lug key, cross lug wrench, jumper cables, rags and some miscellaneous hand tools in a pouch...plan to put all these in the trunk compartment
Yes - and keep in mind that the LED headlight assembly isn't a simple bulb replacement if it fails. Hopefully, it will last the duration of the vehicle. The entire headlight assembly would need to be replaced in event of a defect or failure of the headlamp or halo.

The LED headlamp doesn't have bulbs - as I said, the entire unit would need to be replaced. The turn signal in front is the orange halo. The rear turn signals are LED taillight assemblies. I imagine those would also need to be completely replaced as there is no simple bulb and reflector to replace. Only certain incandescent bulbs like the reverse lights can be replaced with LED bulbs if desired.

Thanks...so if 1 light goes out the whole headlight needs to be replaced...Well I guess I hope they never go out cause that’s a BS design...don’t care how nice it looks

Why are you so convinced that anything will ever need to be done to your headlights? You just bought a brand new car, enjoy it. It's under warranty for 5/60. After that, if you still have it, you can worry about looking up replacement costs for headlights and whatnot. It's an LED assembly, they last forever.
