  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Order processing delays

New to the forum here. I ordered by SX AWD (no prestige, nightfall or other add-ons) from Bob Rorhman Kia in Schaumburg IL at the end of July and have seen no movement on a VIN generation to date. They claim they are just now filling orders from July...does this align to anyone else's experience?

Any theories on why this would take so long? Is it because I did not add prestige or nightfall because I see on tracker websites those seem to be getting fulfilled everywhere.

I went with this dealer vs others closer in northern Illinois because they offered at MSRP (vs 5k markups at my local Kia dealer) and the deposit is fully refundable.
