its very frustrating! I have to constantly double text mine and all the information has always been vague

Oh, NOOOOOO!! I ordered from Gossett on 2/28.
My salesman is VERY short with me and the only thing I can get out of him is “6 MONTH ETA”.

I’m going to throw up because I need a new vehicle SO bad!

I just ordered mine from Gossett today. Gravity Gray SX w/ Towing. Put down the $1k down payment - a little nervous about this whole process! Did you get a VIN from the failcat website, or did Gossett send you updates? Thank you!

I ordered on 3/11 from Gossett! Also put the non refundable 1K deposit down. Who is your sales rep? I ordered SX prestige wolf gray/night fall edition with illuminated scuff plates. I’m glad I have people to talk to that ordered from the same store!!

I ordered a few days before you. Orders for 2022 have been closed in KFOS for manufacturing, and I didn't make the cut. I will have to reorder the 2023 when they have that information available.. so sitting in limbo still. My salesman is Derrick

My sales rep is Annette. I called yesterday and she said she didn’t have any update. I asked if my order has been picked up by KFOS and she had no idea what i was talking about.. So it’s possible she isn’t telling me about this change to a 2023? If you didn’t make the cut how could I, you know? Did you put a deposit down? It better apply to your next order if so.

I've gotten the same message from her every time I've spoken with her---doesn't know what KFOS is and says she can only see when the VIN has been released. I'm not sure if she's full of it or if that really is the case. It seems like they're just getting in the final orders from November 2021, so we may still have a while to wait.

Mine always says “no update”. I don’t know how some don’t know what KFOS is or if they play dumb.. it seems no one there has information to give.. it’s crazy! I paid a 1k deposit, I believe it does transfer but I don’t think I can get it back if I decide to not order.. but I haven’t asked.

It’s vague because I don’t think many of the salespeople can give concrete information right now on delivery dates. Whatever estimate you were given initially, I would just add 2-3 months at least to that. It is what it is.

I don’t know which one it is either. Honestly, if I knew this is how it would be I might not have ordered the car. The system is lacking big time, especially in communication. They really have us over the barrel with this.. I might have a connection to another dealer at Gossett. I am trying to get his number to see if he can answer any of my questions.

Hello all, I am reading a lot and getting different things from everyone. I ordered my Telluride SX Prestige on March 8th. I got the Wolf Gray/Nightfall package. I understand it has not been long but I am looking for some insight. I just called my salesperson and she did not have any update except for the fact that the factory is behind. Has anyone heard the same thing? I am curious, if anyone is willing to share, how much of a deposit did you have to put down? How long until I should get my VIN #? I was told I would have it this month and the car would be delivered in September. I am needing reassurance.

I ordered the same thing with tow package in early October and it was “picked up” by Kia in March. I still don’t have a VIN or ETA. The dealership I ordered from really doesn’t get many updates from the factory besides when it’s been “picked up” and eventually when it’s built with an ETA. I hope yours comes faster but I would definitely anticipate delays!

Picked my Telluride up yesterday. 4 months - not bad. Took a train 5 hours and drove back. Dealer filled the tank so that was nice. Had a bunch of time to get aquatinted with the car.

If it was actually picked up in March, you would have had it by now. You get an ETA within a day or two of it being picked up by KFOS.
