Order to delivery time

Ordered my wife's SX Nightfall Wolf Grey/Butterscotch around March 29th. I keep getting the same thing from Gossett South. I wish they were like Chevy and send you an email every time there is a status change with your order. We were told 3-4 months and everytime we call the manager is never there to give my sales guy any updates. We are getting tired of waiting! I ordered a new Chevy Corvette back in May and it is already in my driveway as of last week. Has anyone had any luck with Marcus at Gossett Southn in TN?

I ordered through them in March. Literally no communication… I’ve even left messages with the GM & never received a call back… talked to my salesman over a month ago that I wanted to hold out for the 2023.. then he texted me a few days ago my 2022 will be delivered in 3 weeks. So that means he never told the GM/did anything with my order.. I then asked several questions and had to ping him 3 times & leave another message with GM to get a response. It’s been a nightmare.. this is my first time ordering a vehicle and I wondered if it was like this everywhere… we will see if it delivers end of month.

I’ve been riding in my old Buick Enclave all summer with no air in the Memphis/Arkansas heat. I refuse to pay two hundred dollars to get it fixed- as soon as I do, he will call me and tell me it’s there.

Nothing in failcat. No VIN. They can't even tell me if my order has been picked up!

I ordered mine on January 18. Nightfall edition in black, white, and copper black. No VIN. They said that they were delivering December orders but that was 6 weeks ago.

Yes. Look up by dealer and look at the specs. I knew my VIN before my salesman gave it to me and sure enough it was the right one. If you ordered from Gosset south the dealer number is TN036. Of course someone could have the same specs as you though. But I noticed my VIN about 3 days before my salesman sent it to me!

Here's my guidance: To fix the problem, do NOT order a car. Forget about your pending order and buy what you can find now. That won't be a 2023 Telluride, because they won't be available for a while (maybe a very long while if we're talking about an individual order). If you get lucky, it could be a 2022 Telluride. Or maybe a 2023 Palisade; these are already here. Or perhaps a Nissan Pathfinder. Maybe a Kia Sorento if you're willing to drop down in size slightly. Stop waiting. Get out there and buy something. You'll be happier in the long run.

Oh man I’m sorry to hear that. I ordered mine Jan 18th in Canada and am still waiting. My current car is breaking down so I’m thinking I’ll just go buy a used car and take the loss on the trade in when I eventually get the car

I'm not sure what alternate world I'm living in. I ordered 6/27/22 and was told it was likely 4-6 months. I got an email from my saleguy on 8/8 saying my car was scheduled to come in on Sept 6th. I took it with a grain of salt, especially after reading all the posts on here about the changing dates, delays, etc. It showed up on Failcat on 8/18 and I about fell over! I got the call today that's it's here and I'm picking it up on Saturday.

I ordered a 2022 EX AWD Ebony on Black with no packages. Maybe getting the bench seat made it happen. Who the heck knows...but I'm picking it up at exactly 2 months.

hard to say what the reason it. It could also be someone else had same order and backed out or decided to wait for a '24. Regardless, congrats!
