We've dealt with this dealership for several years. They called when the orderr was accepted. I was in for an oil change on my Telluride and asked and they were waiting for their allocation report to print. They checked and gave me the VIN and original ETA on 9/25. Called last Thursday to see if they had a new ETA as our Optima lease is up on the 13th. Advised it had moved up to the 11th. Called this afternoon to say it just came off the truck.

Well I had ordered a Moss Green Telluride SX AWD with butterscotch interior on July 15th. Dealer said 8-10 weeks. I checked in weekly. They couldn't even provide me a VIN number yet so for whatever reason it wasn't making any progress. Well I bugged the dealer enough and he called me and they were allocated a Black SX PRESTIGE AWD with dune brown interior and said it could be mine. Black was my second choice and I didn't bother ordering Prestige since it was delayed so I took the swap. They have the window sticker and it should be arriving any day now (fingers crossed).

Thanks for the heads up because I added $2k to the price thinking AWD didn’t come with it.

Black Copper only comes in AWD and if you look at build they add 4k instead of 2K for Prestige package. but anyway welcome to the Black Copper Telluride club. Only like 151 AWD SZO Black Copper I think shown made

On the site when I Build it, Black Copper shows as FWD, I would have to add $2k for AWD and $2k for prestige package for a grand total of $4k. Did you see something somewhere that showed different, if so can you put a link please. Thank You

You got it right! (I don't think he realized that you included AWD in your MSRP price for the SX.)

I was totally shocked when I got a call my White SX Limited with Nappa and tow arrived yesterday. Ordered 22 July from Kia West Vancouver, Canada.
I thought they were going to try and sell me an SX but no it’s the SX Limited with nappa leather

That is new build sheet and your correct. On the original build site if you checked prestige package all wheel drive was added automatically and it showed a cost as 4K so either way same cost

I finally got my VIN # today!! I initially got word in beginning of this week it would be here by the end of this month. Should it take three weeks to get from Georgia to South LA? I am hoping with fingers crossed delivery is sooner.

We picked up our Ebony Black SX AWD, with Expresso Brown interior on Tuesday, October 1st. We absolutely love it. It’s very quite and smooth, with sufficient power and acceleration. Sweet!! Congratulations Telluride family. That black really stands out against the Dark Moss, there both fine colors but the black makes the truck look bigger some how.
