I would not settle ! I ordered and am waiting currently I had to extend my current lease. Had no clue how hard it would be to get this vehicle. Had I know I would have just ordered one back in March it probably would have come in on time for the end of my lease. Who knew!I only wish Muncie wasn’t so far away from New Mexico. I fully trust you would do everything in your power to make this right.
On a side note: they told me they don’t have any SX allocations at this time, but did offer to take my info down again for what I already had ordered and when they do get allocations for it I’ll be the first one to get it and from there it takes 90 days. Ha! No thank you, they’ve lost themselves a customer.
There is a dealership in El Paso, TX near me that has an EX with Premium package in the exterior color I want. it’s tempting, and honestly I told my husband if the Premium package had been available back when we placed our SX-P order, I probably would’ve gone with that. What would you do? Settle for something that isn’t exactly what I was ultimately wanting just to get this process over and done with, or place another order and wait 3-4 more months?

I’ve got the same sheet you do @Mikeyt715. No ID# either. Going in Monday to make sure they hit ‘submit’. Only ordered on October 31, so not a long wait yet. Just feels like itTop of mine had this also. I dont see that on yours.
When did you place order?Jason, I took your advice and asked my salesperson for a screenshot of my request ID for my Aug. 28 Telluride order. His first reply was that his GM was in Vegas for something KIA related and that no one else at the dealership had access to "that portal". Two days after my request I received an email from the sales rep stating that my order ID was 190828j001. This was not a screenshot just an email and there is no dealer code. This does not seem to be the droid I'm looking for. Correct? #justshootmestraight

We have nothing that says when it will arrive until almost the very end of the process. You get very small updates from KIA. With our orders we update our customers as soon as we have any information. Hope this helps. Be patient!So I have a print out with a request ID # CO...190727j002, which seems to match what you are saying you need to know that your order has been placed (I'm in Colorado, order placed 7/27 for AWD SX P white/ black $500 deposit) but when I called Kia corporate, they said that number is only good for the dealer and they were the only ones who would have information about where my car is in the process.
How do you verify your order then?? My dealer just says he has no idea when to expect my car and corporate was no help.
