You can do a search on this site for VIN lookup and you will find it there. Call your dealer to find out the dealer number, it will be two letters for your state and then 3 numbers. I found mine by trial and error, when you look at all of them you can select it and it will show you the window sticker which will show you the actual dealer.

When you open the website page he sent you, you’ll see in the upper left hand corner a clickable link for “Dealers”, click on that, then sort by Zip code, and once you find yours, you’ll find your store number. That store number is how you can find VINs that are assigned to your local dealer.

I ordered a Black Copper SX-P with Tow pkg Jan 30 2020. Before factory shutdown, ETA was April or early May. Today I was told it was June but now July. There is no other vehicle option for me. We looked at the Palisade but did not like the push button shift and no power folding mirrors. I also didn't care for the 3rd row power folding seats. We are in not in a rush for a second vehicle due to the pandemic so we will continue to wait for the Telluride. With the months keep moving out on the 2020 I ordered, I may have a decision to make on a 2021. Now July wow!

I ordered your exact same vehicle in early December 2019 and still have no delivery date. Be happy you have a date!

Is there a way to customize this to multiple factors? I am very specific-- EX AWD moss or sangria with no premium package. I did a manual search but I am sure I miss some. It is crazy how hard it is to find this exact vehicle ANYWHERE in the US...

Since the Premium Package was introduced, the majority of EX’s delivered to dealers have been EX Premium. But you can still order a regular EX from the right dealer...and that might be your best bet.

You can filter all of the columns. You can't filter for no options, like only without premium. But color and model are there.

Another question, what does the created date stand for? Is it the date the car was manufactured or the order was created?

It's the date it was added to my website. Usually it's when the car was added by KIA, but sometimes VIN numbers don't show up for a while. The website checks for new VINs (sequentially) as well as ones that are missing in the last month or so.

I ordered an sx prestige with tow on March 13. Nothing yet.

Many of the threads here have gotten hare to follow woth with the side conversations, it would be helpful to just keep this to dates for people’s reference.

I ordered my SX w/ Tow AWD on 22 Feb. just talked to my dealer and he informed me that the GA plant was shut down for 3 weeks, but it is currently opened and only producing Tellurides for the next 30 days for the Feb/Mar/Apr purchasers.

I am not sure of the accuracy of this word, but that’s literally what I just got a few minutes ago

I don’t know who’s lying anymore! I called my dealer yesterday and they said the factory is still closed! I ordered mine dec 30 still nothing! My expected delivery was may 1st before all of this happened.

But that's okay because I'm hoping I'll end up with a 2021. It's worth the wait since I'm paying below MSRP. They tell me Patience is a virtue! I guess we are all learning that from this pandemic!

I called kia plant and they were really helpful. They took my order number and the car details. They’re going to track the order and contact me in a week!

I just got an email from my dealer with an eta of June 2nd! I ordered January 3rd. SX-P, Gray /Grey in Missouri. I noticed on the lookup site they've had 3 cars allocated this week (although none were mine).
