Order to delivery time

Peak Kia North - Ordered EXP 2020 - SWP - Gray Interiors - booked 5/22, delivery date was 07/05. Booked at MSRP 43,870 with a 1k deposit. Only communication till date is upgraded to MY2021. Post multiple follow-ups new delivery date as per allocation sheet is 09/13. I had to personally visit them to verify. Also shared my experience with them about how proactive several dealers are on this forum, and they need to replicate.....fell on deaf ears....new price is USD 44185...!!!

i can see what you mean about the communication. So far i’ve had to call them multiple times to get answers. They say they’ll call back in an hour and nothing. But i’ve been bugging the shit out of them, calling them 2-3 times a day lol they better be okay with that. So they added the 2021 price onto your order?

They did not share the new pricing, I took a peak into their allocation sheet yesterday during my in person visit....!!!

Timing is right. Makes sense. Nothing official yet.. so they are more than likely making best educated guess.. which I agree with

I am talking with 2 dealers in my area (MD) who sell at msrp. Both of them tell me that there are 5 orders ahead of me for an SX AWD to be placed when ordering opens up again. I would think that is fairly good (providing they are being honest with me) based on reading these posts. Would you agree ?

I am extremely set on the Espresso Brown interior, in Dk Moss, White, Black Copper or Black. (my order of preference)

I am seeing a disturbing stat on failcat. I check every day to see which dealers are receiving an Espresso Brown Interior. EVERY one i see with the Espresso Brown Interior is built with the Nightfall pkg which I have no interest in due to those horrible rims. Do you think this is pure coincidence is there something to that ?

5 in front of you is not bad.. message me which two dealers though.. as it appears some MD dealers are not getting any at all(very few).. I would go with the higher of the two options. Very observant on noticing only certain Tellurides are being produced... right now looks like a lot of focus on the Nightfalls and lower trims.

Look at the next thread down.. labeled Vin Lookup Tool. Basically you can see every Telluride in the Nation as they are produced and see what store it is going to.. website is failcat.com several forum members have handed the baton off to the next and improved it over time
