Passenger seat (Back) not cooling

Hello everybody,

I am new to the fancy heated and cooled seats. The passenger seat on my 2021 SX doesn’t seem to be cooling? Is that supposed to be that way or should I take it in?

I find both seats to ventilate pretty well. I run the high speed for only a short time before I have to drop down to low. I would take yours in.
